This dish delivers for me every single time though! This easy beef tips and gravy recipe is perfect too because it takes about ten minutes to pull together and you just pop it into the oven and set a timer.

What makes it the best?

I am a Texas gal, so when we talk about beef, I want a juicy, lean, and flavorful cut every time.

There are a few ingredients that make sure this happens. I don’t know the exact science of it, but I can tell you that the cola, balsamic vinegar, and soy sauce just pulls it all together and makes this the absolute best beef tips and gravy recipe I’ve ever had!

Now y’all know how picky some of your people can be when it comes to dinner. I have to play with recipes a few times to get to where everyone will eat them. This one gets them all running to the dinner table! And it can be served over buttered egg noodles, rice, or even mashed potatoes! Add to that how hearty it is and you can’t lose!

Best Beef Tips and Gravy Recipe Ever!

A no peek, prep and bake recipe that takes minutes to prepare but tastes gourmet every time

  • 4 lbs. Lean Stew Meat
  • 1 pkg. Brown Gravy Mix
  • 1 pkg. Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 cup cola or coke
  • 2 tbsp. Balslamic Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  1. Preheat oven to 300° F

  2. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with Pam

  3. Lay stew meat in the bottom of the baking dish

  4. In a medium bowl, mix all remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Wrap tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 3 hours

  5. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or buttered egg noodles
