Print RecipeHey Y’all! Doing everything I do can make it hard sometimes to get dinner on the table and get that WOW from my family!
This dish delivers for me every single time though! This easy beef tips and gravy recipe is perfect too because it takes about ten minutes to pull together and you just pop it into the oven and set a timer.
What makes it the best?
I am a Texas gal, so when we talk about beef, I want a juicy, lean, and flavorful cut every time.
There are a few ingredients that make sure this happens. I don’t know the exact science of it, but I can tell you that the cola, balsamic vinegar, and soy sauce just pulls it all together and makes this the absolute best beef tips and gravy recipe I’ve ever had!
Please even your picky eaters!
Now y’all know how picky some of your people can be when it comes to dinner. I have to play with recipes a few times to get to where everyone will eat them. This one gets them all running to the dinner table! And it can be served over buttered egg noodles, rice, or even mashed potatoes! Add to that how hearty it is and you can’t lose!
What’s the trick?
Don’t peak! This dish has to just slow cook in all that juiciness without being disturbed!
So mix it, dump it, wrap it and foil and just leave it be. You can just smell all that yummy just baking into the beef! So without further ado, the recipe is below. Let me know what you think and show me your dish!
