  • 4 lbs. Lean Stew Meat
  • 1 pkg. Brown Gravy Mix
  • 1 pkg. Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 cup cola or coke
  • 2 tbsp. Balslamic Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup


  • Preheat oven to 300° F
  • Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with Pam
  • Lay stew meat in the bottom of the baking dish
  • In a medium bowl, mix all remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Wrap tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 3 hours
  • Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or buttered egg noodles
